reproflex coating plates – for the in-line finishing in the sheet fed offset printing with Flex coating units and for the off-line finishing with coating machines – are suited for dispersion- UV- and pigmented varnishes. reproflex coating plates are digitally manufactured up to an oversize format and offer an optimal varnish and color transfer. Their circular exposure guarantees an exact fitting accuracy, a high production run stability and short setup times.
